The SWD EZ Blend Precision Flow Proportioner is a professional soft washing clear mixing manifold made in the USA. It uses a precision high flow valve to ensure accuracy when mixing soft wash. The innovative system ensures that the correct amount of cleaning solution is used every time for consistently superior results. Choose between 1/2", 3/4" & 1" soft washing metering valves. 

Soft Wash Depot's precision Flow Metering Valves are specifically designed & labeled the for soft washing industry. 3/4" & 1" valves are accurately labeled 0-6.25% for 12.5% sodium Hypochlorite Solution. 1/2" valves are labeled for 0-10 for surfactants, degreases/ other solutions. Perfect for soft washing mixing proportioners.

Our Soft Wash Depot EZ Blend Clear Manifolds are made from clear acrylic made in the USA with 1" NPT holes & 4 1/4" mounting holes.

PTFE Seals are ideal for Sodium Hydrochloric acid & many other commonly used chemicals in the soft washing industry. 

The handle of the valve is secured by a screw making it less likely for the handle to detach from the valve.

The ball is cut at 30 degree for high flow performance making them ideal for high GPM units.
